Workflows a sprint can build
You pick from a fixed menu, so the scope stays clear and we can reuse a build across practices. One sprint covers one medium workflow or two small ones. A large workflow is two sprints.

Who it's for
Accountancy practicesFirms with about 3–15 staff, already on cloud accounting software. Larger practices are quoted separately, usually from £1,495 for the audit.
BookkeepersPractices spending partner time chasing records, filing email and retyping the same client details.
Practices preparing for MTDMaking Tax Digital and e-invoicing keep adding admin. The automations gather and remind; tax advice stays with your qualified staff.
Automation questions
What do we actually get from the £795 audit?
A one-page map of your recurring workflows, the top three to five automation opportunities with hours, tools, price and risks, quick wins you can do yourselves, a short AI-use policy for client data, a red/amber/green security snapshot, and a fixed quote for the first sprint.
What if there is not enough to automate?
If the audit finds fewer than 10 hours a month of savings, we refund the fee. Most practices have more waste than that.
Who pays for Xero, Microsoft 365, Make or the AI?
You do, on your own accounts. We build with the tools you already use, plus n8n or Make where a workflow needs them. That keeps the sprint price fixed.
Will this give tax advice or complete AML checks?
No. The automation gathers, files and drafts. AML risk assessments and tax advice stay with qualified people in the practice.
Do you certify us for Cyber Essentials?
We prepare you: MFA, Microsoft 365 hardening, policies and the questionnaire. The certificate itself comes from an accredited body, and their fee is on top of the £500.
When do calls happen?
Kick-off, findings and training calls are at lunchtime or after 5pm, so they do not take the practice offline.
